Mr. John Taylor,
This is to sincerely thank you for the excellent letter you sent in
regards to your observations and expert opinion summary on my Mom's
septic failure. As previously mentioned, this situation is a FOAK
for State Farm due to the lapse in time since the original claim of
2000. I have provided them with pictures of the ground collapse hole
prior to your repair and they agreed to re-open the claim, based on
your letter. I will certainly recommend you to anyone that has a
need in the future, as you certainly went the extra mile. Thanks
